Important Notice: Fraudulent Communications

It has come to our attention that there are people posing as representatives of Li & Fung. These imposters may offer false opportunities including fake employment offers and other fraudulent opportunities by email or other means of communication. Please beware of such fraudulent communications.

In particular, we have noticed a surge in online job scams by individuals falsely representing that they are recruiting on our behalf. These scammers often ask for sensitive personal and financial information and may require candidates to make purchases or payments using their own funds in return for a promise of employment or as part of the recruitment process.

How to identify recruitment fraud:

  • Li & Fung will neither request your financial or banking information nor require any financial commitment during our candidate search or application process.
  • We will not ask you to make any purchases (including but not limited to products, equipment or supplies) as a condition for your employment or as part of your onboarding.
  • Job offers will only be extended following an official and formal interview process.
  • Be cautious of emails from addresses that closely resemble our domain, particularly those containing minor misspellings of our company name.

If you are in doubt as to the legitimacy of any communications purportedly from Li & Fung, please verify with us by contacting LFHR@lifung.com.

Li & Fung accepts no responsibility for and does not condone any fraudulent communications or practices. If you believe you are a victim of fraud, please contact your local authorities.
