At Li & Fung, our people come together to celebrate various days of significance unique to different regions and communities including Mid-Autumn Festival, Onam, Diwali, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Hanukahh, Id, Easter, Boshonto Boron and more. The Annual Dinner, Long Service Awards Ceremony and Ice-Cream Socials are other events which brings everyone together.

Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

Maintaining a respectful workplace free from discrimination and harassment of any form and providing equal opportunities for all our people, in support of international declarations on human and labor rights, is of utmost importance. We affirm these commitments in our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and our D&I initiative reinforces and supports our people to live these commitments. All new employees learn about our Code during orientation and ongoing training in Business Ethics & Integrity Workshops. Enhancing the wellbeing of our people

We educate, support, and empower our employees to improve and maintain their overall health and wellbeing. We know that happy and healthy employees lead contribute to business success. “Discover Wellness” is the foundation for our Health & Wellness Framework, addressing physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through Health Talks by experts, Yoga classes, Mindfulness exercises and bringing more awareness around mental health.

Our strategy and programs are tailored to support our peoples’ wellbeing and to meet occupational health and safety requirements for our offices.  To support local needs and meet local legal requirements, our working hours and benefits, and other terms of employment, are tailored to regional locations including the provision of feeding rooms for new mothers. Through our global Health & Wellness program, we empower our employees with the tools and resources to make healthier lifestyle choices. This initiative is designed to promote and maintain their overall health and well-being, emphasizing the significance of healthy living for a thriving work-life balance.
