LF USA announces licensing agreement with Geoffrey Beene for men’s pants
New York, NY (December 8, 2011) – LF USA, a subsidiary of Hong Kong- headquartered Li & Fung Limited, the multinational consumer goods export and logistics group, today announced that it has entered into a multi-year licensing agreement Geoffrey Beene, LLC for men’s pants including casual, dress and shorts, under the Geoffrey Beene label for the USA and Canada. The new licenses will add to the brand’s ever expanding portfolio of licensees and complement the existing Geoffrey Beene men’s product categories. Initial deliveries are slated for Fall 2012.

LF USA’s Mens Division will design, produce and market the Geoffrey Beene pant business. Merle Sloss, Executive Vice President and President of Licensing for Geoffrey Beene, noted that “LF USA’s product and sourcing expertise, makes them an excellent partner for Geoffrey Beene’s continued growth in its home market.”
