Li & Fung president and Kogod School of Business, American University, adjunct professor Jason Kra discusses the importance of decarbonized supply chains in combating climate change. It argues that companies need to adopt a comprehensive approach to decarbonizing the supply chain that includes setting ambitious targets, engaging suppliers, and leveraging technology and data. In doing so, companies can contribute to reduction of their environmental impact and gain a competitive advantage in an increasingly eco-conscious market.
