Volunteers from Li & Fung Cambodia organize fun-filled day for children in Aloha Learning Center
The protection of children’s rights is a crucial issue for any society. Communities that take an active role in ensuring that children’s rights are upheld can have a significant impact on the lives of these young individuals. In Cambodia, for instance, a group of volunteers from Li & Fung Cambodia recently took the initiative to spend an entire day with the children at Aloha Learning Center. The volunteers designed a robust program of fun games and activities that kept the children engaged and entertained throughout the day.
This type of community involvement is commendable, as it serves to provide children with a sense of belonging and support. Children who live in environments where their rights are not respected may feel neglected and isolated. By organizing activities that foster a sense of community, volunteers can enable children to connect with peers and caregivers who can provide them the support they need.
It is essential to acknowledge the hard work that these volunteers have put in to make this day a success. Their contribution goes beyond just organizing the event – they also dedicated their time and effort to ensure that the children had a meaningful experience. For that, we appreciate and commend them for their commitment to the well-being of children.
